Subject: [PATCH] git commit -m "Fix: corrected outdated documentation link in
 README.md"

This commit fixes a broken documentation link in the README file.
The old link (https://huggingface.co/docs/transformers/index) returned a 404 error.
It is now updated to the correct URL: https://huggingface.co/docs/transformers.
