Enhancement: Highlight or only include entries in currently relevant locations

It'd make it easier for people trying to update shelters if they didn't have to search for which shelters are currently relevant. If there could be a way for admins to select specific states or geographic areas, there might be a way to let people more easily find those shelters.

I have a build in the works that allows us to administrate individual event-resource associations, and will also contain some things to help us manage event-specific values in the future. It's just been taking me a while to get some of the code I want to write written.

That could be a great approach! Could you put what you have so far in a repo online so folks can see and possibly contribute to what you're doing? Even if it's just brainstorming, it may help move the needle forward and it would put the knowledge in the collective consciousness.
