Hi, I'm trying to change the topology of a large phylogeny to reflect family relationships reported in another paper. I didn't have a problem changing the topology of the phylogeny, but I'm now unable to export a newick that correctly captures the edited phylogeny. The problem seems to be that any node that I altered has been moved to the backbone of the phylogeny and some nodes are coming up as species. I've added a screenshot to show what it looks like. Any node that I've altered in the image doesn't export correctly.
