Add ipv6 support

Implement the functionality of checking services, hosting providers, etc. in ipv6 networks.

Yes, but without the { Subnet, AS, Org, Location } attributes. In short, there may be implicit support somewhere, but it isn't guaranteed at this time.

We'll try to come up with a solution, but there are currently a number of barriers:

• I don't have a residential ipv6 address on hand for testing and normal development (my ISP doesn't provide one);
• The webhost checker's automatic servers searching mode will be difficult to implement, since finding active hosts among ipv6 addresses is much harder than with ipv4;
• There is little interest in this functionality among the community. As far as I understand, ISPs don’t heavily restrict ipv6: e.g., YouTube should work over it, etc. Or is your situation different?

So, on the one hand, we have the difficulty of implementation, and on the other, the community's need for this functionality. If the second outweighs the first, then we'll have to do something about it.

For test I can suggest Tunnel Broker, for the moment this one is restricted with ТСПУ. But the another one is not https://ipv6.ip4market.org/

For normal testing, I'll need a "real" ipv6 address from my home ISP (so I can operate within its restrictions as a censor). If I set up ipv6 for myself via an ipv6 tunnel service, I'm afraid I won't have those restrictions in place. Even if the tunnel is restricted, it will be within the ipv4 for me (6in4, etc). Also, I don't have the option to get a static ipv4 address, which also complicates things.

Still, we'll think about what we can do with this...
