docs(agents): TypeScript → AffineScript, not ReScript (owner ruling 2026-08-25)

.claude/CLAUDE.md line 74 read 'NEVER use TypeScript — ReScript only'.
ReScript is itself banned estate-wide (LANGUAGE-POLICY.adoc S3), so this
directed agents at a banned language. Corrected to AffineScript per the
owner ruling of 2026-08-25 recorded in standards#632.
