As per #6820, when a mention is hovered, we display a popover with a preview on the mentioned user profile.

This popover is hidden when the mouse is moved away from the mention element, but it is probably more intuitive to keep it open while the mouse is hovering the popover itself, to allow text selection, interactive elements, etc.
