Code of Conduct

Our Pledge

We are committed to providing a friendly, safe, and inclusive environment for all contributors and participants in our project. By participating in this project, you agree to abide by this Code of Conduct.

Expected Behavior

We expect all contributors and participants to:

  • Be respectful and considerate of others.
  • Be open to collaboration and diverse viewpoints.
  • Be patient and understanding, especially in discussions and debates.
  • Show empathy and kindness to others.
  • Refrain from any form of harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior.
  • Use welcoming and inclusive language.
  • Respect differing opinions and experiences.

Unacceptable Behavior

Unacceptable behavior includes, but is not limited to:

  • Harassment, discrimination, or offensive comments, whether verbal or written.
  • Personal attacks or insults, including derogatory comments related to race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion, or other protected characteristics.
  • Trolling, inappropriate humor, or other behavior that creates an uncomfortable environment for others.
  • Intimidation or stalking.
  • Unwelcome advances or attention, both online and offline.
  • Any form of unwelcome sexual attention or inappropriate comments or advances.
  • Advocating for or encouraging any of the above behaviors.

Reporting and Enforcement

If you experience or witness behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, please report it by contacting Tanuj Chakraborty. All reports will be kept confidential, and the project team will review and investigate the matter.

If a participant engages in unacceptable behavior, the project maintainers may take any action they deem appropriate, including a warning, temporary or permanent ban from the project, or other actions as necessary.
