Create initial dataset

Because of the high number of classes, the idea is to initially create a small dataset with a few classes. Currently, these countries are in focus:

• Flags of Canada: 6/50
• Flags of Russia: 6/50
• Flags of Serbia: 53/50
• Flags of the United States of America: 51/50
