In order to give more meaning to the "restricted" entry in the data file metadata, it would be very useful to list the actual data policy it sits under - RDB, VMS, ICES, or ither.
This means we can give the appropraite users access to the data at the aggregation level stored. It will also allow us to flag an analysis as potential sensitive and give it a double check for any breaches in data policy.
WOuld it be possible to add the differnt data policies as vocabularies?
