"Subscriptions" plugin: Email subject reads "Idno\Entities\Invitation [hex]"

I installed the "Subscriptions" plugin but the emails it sends out have a subject line similar to:
Idno\Entities\Invitation [long hex string]

I'm pretty sure there's a bug there somewhere, as I would expect the subject line to reference either the type of content posted or an actual excerpt from it, not spit out part of the filesystem path.. :-)

I have not confirmed this yet, but it seems to also be sending Subscription messages (indicating new content) whenever I invite people! Viewed at in that light, I would suspect the long hex string to be the invitation code, which makes this possibly a security issue.

For now I have disabled the plugin on my site.

I have to confess that this plugin hasn't seen much love since the platform was still called Idno. We'll check it out.
