ArduPilot SITL: Fix empty sample time error

In the Simulink block "Receive from ArduPilot SITL (JSON)"
the sample time parameter in the mask was set empty which
caused errors. The reason could not be found. The bug was
fixed by deleting the sample time parameter and adding a
new one with a different variable name.
