docs: Update PR #58 review - all issues addressed, approved for merge

Re-reviewed after revisions. All critical and high-priority issues fixed:
- Tolerance constant now matches (1e-8)
- CI workflow added for Rust testing
- Numerical equivalence tests added
- Documentation updated
- Versions synchronized
