Dear developers,

msigdbr is a very versatile package. However, in the new version, gs_exact_source is missing. In case of C5 and C2, this is crucial to map the terms to outer sources. Could you please reinclude that?
best,
Thomas

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. It appears that column was lost during the transition to the new version. It will need to be added back.

In the meantime, for GO and Wikipathways gene sets, you can extract that information from the gs_url field.
