[FEATURE] Warn Users When Answers Are Not Supported by Uploaded Files #379

Description

Is your feature request related to a problem?
Currently, the AI may generate answers that are not directly supported by the uploaded documents. Users may assume these answers are factual, which can reduce trust and lead to misinformation.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a verification layer that checks whether an answer is supported by the uploaded files. If no supporting evidence is found, display a warning that the response may contain AI-generated assumptions.

Why should this be in LocalMind?
LocalMind focuses on private and reliable document-based AI interactions. A hallucination warning system would improve transparency, help users trust responses, and ensure answers remain grounded in uploaded documents.

Alternatives considered
An alternative is to always show source references. However, source references alone may not clearly indicate unsupported answers. A dedicated warning message would be easier for users to understand.
