BoneJ+ will also be installed by the updater by following the above steps. You will need an OpenCL environment and suitable GPU to run BoneJ+ plugins ([NVIDIA]([url](https://developer.nvidia.com/opencl)), [AMD]([url](https://rocm.docs.amd.com/en/latest/)) and [Intel]([url](https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/articles/tool/opencl-drivers.html#proc-graph-section))) GPUs on Windows and Linux are known to work. OpenCL support is provided by GPU drivers, which you will need to install following instructions at the hardware vendors' sites. Once OpenCL is set up, and each time you make hardware changes in your system, you must run *Plugins>BoneJ>Plus>Check GPUs* to tell BoneJ which GPUs to use or ignore. Physically present but unsupported hardware is listed but greyed out - BoneJ+ automatically checks for feature compliance prior to running. BoneJ+ can use as many GPUs as you have installed in your system.
