Add beginner/intermediate/advanced levels to tutorials #147
Description
The tutorials in /tutorials vary in target audience and needed experience level. It would be great to add a front matter key documenting this to each tutorial, and then enhance the tutorials on this site list to show these levels. We could also use categories here, perhaps. Right now the list is just a hodge-podge, and we need to offer readers more guidance somehow.
