Error 403

Hi,
I'm trying to install your SW on my Raspi5B with Hailo-8L but when it comers to :
wget -O - https://hailo-csdata.s3.eu-west-2.amazonaws.com/repositories/hm-rpi.gpg 
I get and Error 403, that is the access is forbidden.  As , from many respects, I'm a beginner I may be doing some stupid error. 
Any help would be appreciated
