link to Riparias early warning portal seems to be broken

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'exoten-uat.inbo.be'
  2. Click on 'early warning'
  3. See error

Expected behavior
A new page to the riparias early warning opens

R package: 1.1.0
