The platform has a bunch of places where it creates data that should be cleaned up.

for example:

Downloads in biocache-service
batch intersects on spatial-service
species layers (Maxent) and other layers based off user things in geoportal
...

We should look into finding some mechanisms to prevent the data created here from growing indefinitely
