Fire overlay compatibility for Wraith Fire from Dungeons Mobs

Describe the addition:
An accurate fire overlay for Dungeons Mobs' Wraith Fire.

Screenshots:
The fire overlay on models and the player's screen should be the same color of blue as Wraith Fire.

Additional Context:
Seems pretty straightforward, so no additional context needed.

In 1.19.2, Dungeons Mobs changed from using a fire block to using an entity. However, this fire entity does not burn the player anymore, but rather freezes him, as shown by this line.

As seen by these screenshots, there is no more an overlay for burning from wraith fire, since wraith fire is not an actual fire.
So I guess there's no compatibility to add anymore.
