PCIe only working for one port on Rock 5b plus

Hi Inindev,

thank you for the recent update. Do you have any idea why for rock5bplus only one pcie port is working for at least the last three kernel versions?

I can see some powemanagement and gpio issues and tried fixing it few weeks ago (editing dtb etc) but without success...

Here is my dmesg log with newest kernel. I'm using your trixie 13.2 image:
