Write a Dockerfile to build gramine from source

The Dockerfile should:

• Build gramine from source, for the OOT sgx driver
• Run the aesmd daemon, such that the user only needs to mount /dev/isgx
• Install necessary tooling for demos, e.g. nibabel, dicom2nifti, requests, etc
