Feature request: Add inline mode

Would be nice to suuport this mode to call bot from channels via
@botName 'your_text_here'

I didnt catch... which difference between this feature and

Toggle off/on in config posting in channels without calling bot.

I dont know how is better to do work modes, first thought how it might work:

• You call bot just @name and it read last posted message in channel
• You call bot @name .... (this is inline mode) and he generates answer on your ... (this might work in any channel/pm messages, you can try @pic gorilla and see example)
• Bot just reads last posted message (in channel) in some timeout
