Indent & outdent does not work as expected on multiline text selections

Describe the bug
It seems like indenting and outdenting is only applied to the initial line in a multiline text selection. Look at video below for reproduction

Expected behavior
Indenting & outdenting should be applied to multiple lines, not the initial one.

Platform:

• OS: MacOS
• Browser: Chrome
• Version of this package: Latest (i think that's what the demo uses?)
• Framework and its version: Whatever is used on the demo

Current implementation of block level commands only update the block at the selection focus. It should be changed to iterate over all blocks within the selection range.
