As I understand it, in order to use the LLVM backend, GHC needs to be compiled with LLVM. I’ve consistently read the LLVM backend produces more optimal binaries. I noticed 9.12 is cached, but 9.12 LLVM is not. What goes into the decision about whether to cache the LLVM variant of a given GHC version?
