Confusing, since the instructions say to use @github and doestn work in the direct chat

Note: You need to be an organization owner to install the app.

Doesnt work in a channel?:
When I select the app to be opened in a teams channel, github adds it to a teams channel.
When i type @github the commands show , i select them and add the github owner/repo and nothing happens?
