Localization - Translate user interface xml files in AcatResources/en #92
Description
Localization is an important feature we want to add to ACAT. (see issue 80 for user feedback.)
In order to start work on implementing a solution, we need a localized version of one of the main resource files for ACAT.
Currently most of the UI elements in ACAT are described in XML files located in the ACATResources/en project directory.
We need someone to investigate what it will take to localize these files, up to and including just updating the label values to another language.
Would be nice if whoever works on this coordinates with issue #91 so we get the same language output to start with.
