Suggest closely related device contexts that are not opened #101
Description
Functionality relating to auto-suggesting (and potentially auto-opening) device contexts closely related to an open file. Some thought/discussion needed around when this happens, and to what granularity user needs to be able to control it.
- Device files that are present in the same folder or sub folder as an already opened device file
- Device files that import an already open common-code file
In addition if the new_device_context_mode config would activate these devices if opened, it could be worth opening and analyzing them in the background.
