[E2E][CI] Some e2e tests are assuming binaries are in the the path

Describe the bug

The following tests do not use the method of %clang% to call binaries and appear to call binaries themselves.

  SYCL/Tracing/*
  SYCL/SeparateCompile/*
  SYCL/Config/kernel_from_file.cpp

These binaries include (but there may be others):

llvm-ar
clang-offload-bundler 

If these have to be in the path this should be stated in the README.md

To reproduce

1. Include a code snippet that is as short as possible
2. Specify the command which should be used to compile the program
3. Specify the command which should be used to launch the program
4. Indicate what is wrong and what was expected

Environment

• OS: [e.g Windows/Linux]
• Target device and vendor: [e.g. Intel GPU]
• DPC++ version: [e.g. commit hash or output of clang++ --version]
• Dependencies version: [e.g. the output of sycl-ls --verbose]

This is likely an oversight,

If these have to be in the path this should be stated in the README.md

A better solution would be to update the list of tools here:
