Not be merged immediately. For review / feedback only.

Note:
Current status:

  1. This change seems to be working for column major C when M == N. And it gives wrong output when M != N. This needs to be fixed.
  2. To support C with 16 bit data type, more changes required.
  3. Function cutlass::reference::device::GemmComplex assumes row-major layout for C. This also needs to be fixed.
