Is there a good way to ask questions about the content? I don't think making an issue per question is ideal, but since this is a meta question about questions (and how they'd be handled in regards to the book) I think this one will be ok.

For instance, right now I want to ask a question about the multiboot_header.asm file, best place to do it?

Opening an issue per question is okay. Often, questions mean that something isn't explained well enough, and so is a bug.

You can also swing by IRC.

Ok, sounds good. I've checked around the book a bit (also did a search of the repo for 'irc'), I'm not seeing what IRC channel to use, which one is it?

Ah, it's on the front page of http://intermezzos.github.io/, maybe we can expose that a bit better. But, #intermezzos on Freenode.
