Improve the notification system for harvesting failures and general e-mails. The goal is to (1) notify the CERN Library on harvesting failures with a short summary + link to details, and (2) allow community managers to configure which group members should receive notifications.

Tasks:

• Send e-mail on harvesting failures to CERN Library with short summary + link to job-log details.
• Allow selecting whether each group should receive notifications.
  • Should this only apply to groups or to users as well?
  • Should the notifications be general, meaning receive all or none, or granular, allow to choose which type to enable/disable?
    • All of them
• Create UI mockups and attach them to this issue.
• Implement backend & frontend for the feature after mockup approval.

Check how complicated it would to implement in the UI to update the email and notifications in the jobs UI.
To allow notifications to groups in the modal have the option, when adding a group don´t send email llike for users.
