How to detect whether a file name is encrypted.

I got a file with file name encrypted. I user open_strict to open the file and check the file is encrypted before deompressed it . But now open_strict return false. so I cannot check if the file is encrypted. please help me to check whether the file name is encrypted

There is something in callback functions that can help you. Or there is some variable in results.
Run command line 7-zip for same archive.
Look error messages, then look source code for these error messages. It will show you how you can detect that file names are encrypted.
