Enhancement: Add a delete Stop Codon option

When adding a sequence in the domestication options, it would be nice to have the ability to delete the stop codon (needed for example for the "CDS1/2 ns" modules)

For now, when clicking on the "Add mutation" button, it is not possible to change the stop codon at the end of the sequence...

Indeed it was never planned to change the stop codon. I guess this requires some more work in the GoldenMutagenesis library as far as I remember. This is not just a fix in the web ui.
