Works fine when using structure_v1_15.txt on a 1.16.5 server

And It is easy to resolve protocollib console spam problem.
It is just because of changed PacketPlayOutEntityEquipment field at 1.16.5.
So I can use this plugin at 1.16.5 server with no problem.
Please change PacketEntityAPI's structure_v1_16.txt to structure_v1_15.txt
