Schemastatus table #427

Hi,

I think the creation of the table schemaStatus
https://github.com/ispyb/ISPyB/blob/master/ispyb-ejb/db/schemastatus.sql
should be within pydb.sql as it is part of the schema. The insert statements should probably be inside of /ahead
