Bitrate and movie length always 0

Hello i got an error with plex_debrid everytime i add something to my trakt watchlist it starts searching and returns results but the duration and the bitrate of the results is always 0 and it says its gonna retry in 30min.
Did anyone have a similar issue?
The same happens regardless of the source (torrentio, 1337x).
