[Feature Request]: Integration of MLX Apple silicon framework

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I have just discovered Apple has released MLX: An array framework for Apple silicon as open-source project.

It would be possible to integrate it in the ivy ecosystem? Maybe a proper study should be done.

Additionally, this discussion seems interesting: Why not implementing this [MLX] within Pytorch?
