[Bug] tdl download duplicate file even --skip-same flag was used

Describe the bug

tdl downloads duplicate files and add '_' in file name to make different file

To Reproduce

tdl dl -f "$json_file" -d "$channel_dir" --skip-same -l 10 --reconnect-timeout 0 --continue --desc

Expected behavior

tdl should not download duplicate file and not add '_' in the file name to make a different file
