Data Recovery from Banned Telegram Channel

My ​​Telegram channel​​ was suddenly banned with the message:

"This channel can't be displayed because it violated Telegram's Terms of Service."

Critical Issue:
The channel contained ​​irreplaceable data​​ (work archives).
​​TDL​​ ​​fails to export​​ due to the ban .

Questions:
​​Data Recovery​​:
Is there any way to ​​bypass the ban​​ temporarily (e.g., via session files, or raw cache extraction) to recover data?
If TDL can’t work, are there ​​alternative tools​​ that might still access banned channels?
