Photo uploads in marker creation / editing

In the marker create / edit form it would be great for users to be able to upload their own images for that marker, these photos would also be allowed to connect to the place if a tick box, if ticked it will not only add an image to that marker but also add the photo to the location.

• Find the best way to upload and store images
• Add in a good modal for users to upload photos
• Allow for photos to be added to a place and a marker (optional tick box / slider)
