目前个人文档功能很完善，但是对于企业部门权限不支持

目前政府、事业单位、企业都有云盘需求，各个部门之间需要有一个统一文档管理、分享、协作的系统

这个可以有，主要是文件和目录的权限控制，如果能加上这一块就完美了
