OSGi Private-Package makes json-patch osgi-unusable

In 1.12 MANIFEST.MF main packages are marked as Private-Package and cannot be imported by other bundles. Please change to Export-Package as it was in 1.9 or 1.10.

json-patch has import-package com.github.fge.jackson.jsonpointer but jackson-coreutils has also packages marked as Private-Package.

Any news in this topic? Could you get rid of Private-Packages?
