System requirement need only Cuda 11.3, but requirements.txt need torch==2.2.2+cu121, onnxruntime-gpu==1.18.0 not support cuda 11.3

You can just run with that. Alternatively, it will be okay to adjust the Cuda version of Torch and Onnx.
