Cans III menu overlay is missing #37

If you press P on the Cans III title screen immediately, the first board's menu overlay appears. If you wait to press P until the first graphics appear, the first board's menu overlay is missing.

There's a KeyP that disables the overlay. This is caused by the input state not being reset quickly enough.
