Proposed feature

There is lacking documentation for setting up and running the program on Windows devices. Having better documentation for the operating system will help users how to run the program under a Windows system.

@AnushkaSharma04 You can start by forking the repository and editing the README.md file to have better instructions on setting up the project in Windows systems. I use Ubuntu to run the project, so I don't have the best understanding of how to run the project on Windows. Once you have your changes, make a pull request with your changes and I can review it.
