When I'm without internet, the app can't connect to the server using the domain name, even though I'm running a local DNS and other apps and devices have no problem resolving it. Important thing to notice: through the browser app on my phone I can connect to the jellyfin server, in these same conditions.
Steps to reproduce:
Turn on DNS resolver on router
Create a host override that points a domain name to the jellyfin server
Connect your phone to the network
Try to access the server through the browser using the domain name, to confirm it's accessible
Try to access the server through the app using the domain name

I have the same problem in a slightly different situation.
I would like to have a local connection when I am in home local network. I configured local DNS resolver on a router so that it gives local IP address. In the browser everything works as I intended, but for some reason the application uses an external service IP address, which is not accessible without using VPN.
I also checked and didn't see any requests from the app on the local DNS.
Android 14
Private DNS option disabled in network settings
