Better Support for E-Ink

Firstly, thanks so much for maintaining this app. It's great to have something so fast on the move.

I'd like to request a feature. There has been an increase in e-ink devices running android.

One issue with reading on an app like this is the need to scroll. It creates artifacts and never flows very well.

My suggestion would be to add a 'simple' tap to flip a page.

The ability to turn pages with volume buttons would also be nice.

My reader has page turn buttons that map to the volume keys for example.

There's a koreader plugin for readeck which may be more suitable. Koreader is optimized for eink, and runs on Android.
