integrate livereload

Would you be interested in using livereload-server/livereload-js to do our live-reloading? I don't think we should use this for our compiling functions (despite the fact that it has that functionality), but it's ability to reload parts of the page looks really nice.

I considered this when I was just starting out, but when I had used livereload in the past I had a lot of issues with the partial page reloads and it ended up frequently messing up my css so I had to go manually reload it which really defeats the point. I'm not sure if it's improved a lot since then (actually seems like it hasn't been in very active development at all), but I'd be worried if just for that reason.

Good point... I'll try testing it out later today to see if I get the same issues. However, given it's popularity, I would assume that those issues have been fixed.

So I'm wondering if we could take an even easier approach. If the watcher detects that a stylus file changed, as soon as the compile is done, it just reloads all stylesheets on the page...

It should probably only reload the stylesheet that has changed...

We can't do that unless the asset graph is in place, which is on our list but is a gigantic project...
