I would like batcat to match the syntax highlighting I've created in spacechalk. This issue is to track this accross multiple repos.

Sample I am going for:

I tried to add a new batcat theme, but ran into issues, so I opened this issue in the bat repo to learn more: sharkdp/bat#2420

Turns out I still can't read, so this is now just waiting on me to finish up. For now, I've set the colors to a random neon mode that is closer aligned with what we want.
